    A Flexible Roadmap

    When we engage on either Agile for HR or an Agile campaign, we will provide the roadmap and lay out activities and workshops so that you can plan in advance and make the best use of your busy team members’ time.

     

     

    Small Workshops

    One way we do this is by running a series of small workshops. Most are just two hours each. Instead of pulling employees into week-long training classes, we begin with a simulation or day-in-the-life experience. This gets everyone applying Agile concepts and terms immediately. We've had tremendous success with this approach because:

    • Teams love that it's more engaging
    • Leadership loves it because work in progress doesn’t come to a complete halt for days or weeks at a time while teams learn Agile principles
